Step out of the lounge through the front opening doors and onto the full width deep decking, which is finished with a skirting and an access hatch.
Off the lounge area, and set in front of large windows with a window seat, the marble dining table with 6 chairs is a great space for entertaining guests or family. Sit down together and eat, drink, play games, or whatever you choose, it’s an ideal social space.
The U-shaped kitchen worktops are plentiful with the addition of a small breakfast bar style addition. With appliances aplenty in the kitchen including an integrated fridge-freezer, washing machine, dish washer, a 4-hob gas cooker, oven, grill and microwave. The kitchen units under the worktop are a light grey colour, with cream above the worktop, giving a modern, stylish appearance. There is everything the family chef might need, with plenty of lights in the ceiling, under the top units and in the kick boards, along with plenty of space to work.
Moving along the hallway to the bedrooms, of which there are three, the master bedroom has an en-suite shower room with WC and washbasin, which is accessed by walking through the wardrobe which has ample space for all your holiday clothes, a unique feature that gives the main bedroom users privacy and lots of space. The second bedroom has twin comfortable beds, plenty of storage space with two wardrobes, a dressing table, six drawers and a bedside unit. The third bedroom which has a wardrobe and three drawer unit, is currently being used as an office, but could accommodate either a double or twin beds. In the family shower room, there is a corner shower, WC and washbasin.
Outside there is a private large full width decking at the back, full length side decking, outside tap and private parking for two vehicles. You also have the added benefit of having a TV aerial all ready fitted, Wi-Fi cabling, and bluetooth speakers in the lounge ceiling.
This makes for a stunning lodge in a gorgeous position on the park. All the appliances you could need, decking to the front, rear and side to enjoy many holidays throughout the 11 month season.
